PMOC was formed December 1, 2014, and was located at 4905 W. Boston in the heart of Detroit, Michigan under the leadership of Apostle Tameika Sweatt who is also the founder. PMOC has started ministries in Detroit, Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston. We have recently changed our name to Global Shifters Ministries International. Currently we are virtual.
